if there are any small club owners who r willing to let young nu talent play at a night, give me a shout. i've been lookin around 4 venues but no one really wants the jungle sound as they think it brings bad vibes. i've got mc's and dj's lined up (all of which have experience) and they wanna do their thing. music policy would be dub, reggae and drum n bass.

The only bad vibes i see at d&b nights these days is when there's a garage room there!!!
Can't help you on the venue tho sorry mate, keep lookin i'm sure some club owner is looking to inject a bit of life back into his place

the problem is, is that in the end, its all down to connections.
i know that bloke, who has a best friend whos cousin owns a club etc...
thats how it worked for me....
or u start organising small parties by urself...thats the other option.

That's what i did and guess what, we're running the second most best DnB night in A'dam!

yeah. that type of thing. basically i need someone that has a small venue (prfebably with equipment) who would want to put on a night using the dj's and mc's i know.
trouble free crowd as well!!

i'm only 17 so unfortunately no..i don't own a club. i've got the idea for a night, not a lot of money but wicked dj's and mc's all with experience. come on..there must be someone out there!!

if there's a couple of you that can chip in, why not try hiring one of the dogstar's upstairs rooms to start off with. you can get people to pay on the door but (don't laugh) we've passed a hat round to paople to get them to chip in. It's 150 for a friday and you get it till 3. have a look on www.dogstarbar.co.uk
there are loads of other places u can hire. one other place we used where you can get people to pay on the door was central, called sids bar. good little place (takes about 100 people) but cost #300 for a sat. bit of a sweatpit tho. apart from that, i know there's a bar (near ravenscourt park station) that does some dnb so if ur interested i'll check out the name and number next time i'm passing.

the only places that i've tried didn't wanna know us coz we were playin dnb!! the number and name of that place would help as well. cheers :)

err The Cage in Croydon does an up-and-coming nite every wednesday- they like d&b there so it should be easy to get on- if u know croydon, the people to give your mixtapes to are based at the blacksheep bar. Apart from that i'd just hire somewhere out n sell some tickets to make up the cost!

We're running a night for wich we hire a club (at bottom prices) it's really wicked cause we get Top Dj's for a bottom price as well, i don't know i guess cause we're such nice guys :)

There are quite a lot of decent bars/venues in croydon who like hosting D'n'B nites, i've been to a couple and there really good for a mid week bash! Some cost as lttle as
