Old DJ SS tune, circa 1996?

got a copy of a mix of DJSS that starts with a tune featuring Whitney Houston (of all people) sample of "I will always love you" It's kind of mellow dark bass-line and sped up James Brown drum sample.

If anyone knows it, please help.
