Hi!

In this week's show I have one of the dutch drum 'n' bass pioneers: DJ Nubian. Traditionally, the first hour is a great back 2 back set, including new tunes by Sonic and Silver on Metalheadz (wicked!) and Dillinja's remake of the Shy FX tune "Wolf".
The second hour is Nubian solo on the decks with a wicked selection of tunes. The first half of his set has a liquid-funkiness to it with tracks by Funky Technicians and Calibre. The latter part of Nubian's set goes more into Digital and Spirit territory, starting off with Tango and Ratty's "Inventa" (soon available on L Plates) and has a bunch of tunes by (suprise!) both Digital and Spirit. You know the drill by now ofcourse - stuff is available for listening and download on www.ruffrhythmz.com

Total Science: Love 2 U - Timeless

Ah ok, Sounds of Freedom is great as well (i play both in the show but not in one broadcast).

Regarding that Wolf-rmx - i totally agree with you there, what a piece of sh*t that is. I also say so (sort of) in my presentation, but that's in dutch. My guest brought the tune with him as a give away, but after playing it for the first time (during the broadcast) i kindly thanked him but asked him to please take it back again. What an utter crap tune.

Cheers, Statik.
